I’ve loved physics since I was really young, even if I didn’t know what I liked was called like that. My father always told me about experiments scientists did and I found it fascinating. I wanted to be like those scientists and be known by everyone because of my discoveries. So, in a way, with my research project, I’m trying to fulfil my dream of feeling like a scientist (even though I hope one day I can truly become one). Apart from that, I think another side of me just wants to use this project to really prepare myself for what’s out there. I want to prepare myself for when I start university and I start learning the really difficult physics concepts. Because I’ve always thought, what if I’m not good enough? What if I’m not good enough to be a physicist? My mind has always been full of “what if”s.
